We are delighted to announce our newest educational offerings of evening CME programs.  The presentations will be broadcast live to four other sites.  Each presentation will start at 6:00 PM with a light dinner, followed by the presentation from 6:30-8:00 pm and then local discussion with your CAP PC team from 8-8:30 at your respective sites.   You can sign up with the attached registration form or from our website (look in the Educational Programs tab).  Sign up early, as space is limited.  There is no cost to PCPs and we will be offering CME for this.   We hope to see you there!
